Painting Project Update

We appreciate your patience as the community-wide painting project progresses. The crew is currently finalizing work on Building 66, starting to paint Building 67, power washing Building 68 and touching up the Pool Fence this week.

🚧 Safety Reminder: Please slow down and use extra caution near the Magnolia entrance. During working hours, this area remains highly restricted due to equipment and lifts operating on Rawhide.

🔍 Inspection Process:

  • Once a building is completed, the Board, in coordination with the foreman, conducts a walkthrough inspection to identify and address any necessary touch-ups.

Thank you,

Laurel and Magnolia Board of Directors
