Vehicle & Guest Registration

All garaged vehicles and overnight guests must be registered in advance. A PIN is required for all registrations.

๐Ÿ”น Painters will be moving to Building 68 this week. If youโ€™d like to check your buildingโ€™s painting schedule or color scheme, visit the construction tab on our community website:

๐Ÿ”น Please slow down and use extra caution near the Magnolia entrance, as equipment and lifts will be in operation on Rawhide during working hours.

 

๐ŸŠ Pool Closure Notice

The community pool and jacuzzi will be closed starting Monday, April 7, for approximately one week (weather permitting) for mastic removal and replacement. Please refrain from using the pool and jacuzzi during this time and adhere to posted signage.

 

Insurance Special Assessment โ€“ Update

We are pleased to report that 92% of the Insurance Special Assessment has been successfully paid. Thank you for your prompt attention and cooperation in ensuring the fiscal sustainability of our community.

 

๐ŸŒฟ Spring Cleaning Reminder

As we welcome the new season, please remember that disposing of furniture and other household items in common areas is against our CC&Rs.

โœ”๏ธ Large furniture and household items must be disposed of offsite at the homeownerโ€™s expense.
โœ”๏ธ Items should be kept inside until the scheduled pickup day to maintain the cleanliness of our community.
