Parking: Resident & Guest Registration

Resident Parking Registration

To register your vehicles for GARAGE parking, follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit: https://laurelmagnolia.parkingattendant.com/laurelmagnolia/services

  2. Use your resident-specific parking code (provided in the USPS mailed documents) to log in and complete the registration process. ALL Residents are required to park in their garages (overnight) and register their vehicles. If you misplaced your code, please contact Ops@SecurItGuard.com.

Overnight Guest Parking Registration

You can register your guest’s vehicle using your resident-specific parking code. License plates are scanned nightly by patrol between 12am (midnight) and 6am. This applies to anyone visiting and parking overnight only. If you misplaced your code, please contact Ops@SecurItGuard.com. 

Reminder: The previous Laurel & Magnolia hangtags (for both residents and guests) WILL NO LONGER BE VALID.

It is the homeowner's responsibility to register any overnight guests and to ensure their tenants are aware of this critical information.
