Fire inspectors from Western Fire Protection and Low Voltage Integrated Systems will conduct the required 5-year fire sprinkler inspection of Magnolia homes Monday, March 2 through Thursday, March 5.

This State of California-mandated inspection ensures compliance with insurance and building codes. Certified inspectors must check every fire sprinkler head in each home. Each inspection takes about 3-5 minutes. If you rent your home, promptly inform your tenants.

If you can’t be home for the inspection, please arrange access with a neighbor or friend. If that isn’t possible, email LaurelMa@CiraMail.com to reschedule.

Fire bells and horns will be tested Monday March 2 to Thursday March 5, 8am – 4pm with alarms sounding periodically. Do not call 9-1-1. Sprinkler risers in each fire closet will also be checked, which may cause temporary water runoff; this is routine and required by law.

Caring for Our Community

We’re incredibly fortunate to live in a neighborhood with great amenities—from our spa and pool to the firepit and gathering areas. These spaces are meant to bring us together, and it takes all of us working as a team to protect and maintain them. Lately, we’ve seen a few challenges at the jacuzzi and firepit that we’d like your help addressing. Click here to learn how you can help keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Public Safety Call to Action

Although the HOA is not responsible for city streets, we are aware that gas is being siphoned and vehicles are being broken into regularly. It’s inexcusable that the city has time to ticket vehicles on Boulderidge but not police it. The only way the Sheriff will continue to patrol Boulderidge is if dozens of residents regularly call the non-emergency number 858.565.5200 to request it. When a handful of the same people call, they don’t believe we have a legitimate problem. Please do your part and help us make Boulderidge a safe place to park!
