Parking: Resident Permits for Outside Parking
Enforcement began February 1, 2025
Oversized or Third Vehicles:
If you have an oversized vehicle or a third vehicle (with a third driver) you may apply for One Resident Permit to park outside overnight. Please contact Reina White for an application or for further details at LaurelMa@ciramail.com .
To save on excess fees, the Board and our community parking committee will conduct a garage inspection to maintain community parking standards and ensure compliance with HOA guidelines prior to issuing a permit.
An annual fee of $240 will be collected by RealManage after approval of the permit.
Permits are valid for one calendar year.
Renewals for the coming year will occur in December.
Resident Permit Allocation:
The number of Resident Permits are limited based on the size of our community, number of outdoor spaces and the City of San Marcos's regulations.
The number of available permits will fluctuate due to residents moving and the individual needs of an outside permit.
During the renewal process, if valid applications exceed the number of available permits, a lottery system will be used as a last resort, in accordance with our parking rules.
Reminder: The previous Laurel & Magnolia hangtags (for both residents and guests) WILL NO LONGER BE VALID.
It is the homeowner's responsibility to register any overnight guests and to ensure their tenants are aware of this critical information.
