The Window Replacement project will begin in May.

• Phase One involves measuring each window on the list Nautilus created several years ago. Replacements will then be ordered.

• Phase Two involves replacing the windows.

  • This is a project the new board inherited. Decisions were made, the project was budgeted and money allocated several years ago. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes.

  • We will need to access the inside of your unit.

  • You will receive a 5-day notice and an additional 48-hour notice prior to the inspection of your specific unit with a specific date.

  • Please plan accordingly for someone to be home, you will receive a knock on your door.

• Pets

  • For the safety of your pets and our team, we kindly ask that you keep all pets away from the inspection/installation areas during working hours.

• Work will begin at Building 1 in Laurel and move sequentially around the complex. You can view building maps here.
