Pool Policy Reminder & Upcoming Maintenance
As a friendly reminder, pets are not permitted in the pool area per California Department of Public Health regulations and HOA rules. We have recently received reports and photos of pets inside the pool gates. To ensure the health and safety of all residents, please adhere to this rule. Any violation will require a specialized cleaning process, and the responsible homeowner will be liable for any associated costs.
Additionally, pool maintenance is scheduled to begin on March 18th, pending favorable weather conditions. This work includes repairs to the mastic, requiring seven consecutive days of dry weather. We will provide updates if any changes to this date occur. In the meantime, minor concrete patching will take place next week. The pool and jacuzzi will remain open, but please be mindful of caution tape and roped-off sections for your safety.
Insurance Special Assessment Reminder
The $1,775 Insurance Special Assessment was due on March 1st. Payments made after the grace period will be subject to the same delinquency and collection procedures as monthly dues, in accordance with the Association’s CC&Rs. For more details, please refer to the mailed notices from RealManage or visit our community website at www.LaurelMagnoliaHOA.com. If you have any questions, please contact RealManage using the information provided above.

Boulderidge Security Concerns
Although the HOA is not responsible for city streets, we are aware of recent reports of gas siphoning and vehicle break-ins on Boulderidge. We have formally requested additional Sheriff patrols between midnight and 4 AM. To ensure continued law enforcement presence, we strongly encourage residents to report suspicious activity by calling the non-emergency line at 858-565-5200. The more calls received, the more likely additional patrols will be assigned. While Boulderidge is a public street, it is directly adjacent to our community, separated only by a fence. Let’s work together to keep our neighborhood safe. Another great resource is:

Painting Progress Update
Work on Building 65 is currently underway, with power washing for Building 66 scheduled to begin soon. For a full project schedule, please visit the construction tab on our community website: www.LaurelMagnoliaHOA.com.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and support. As always, we welcome your questions, feedback, and suggestions.
Warm regards,
Laurel and Magnolia Board of Directors
