Pool Access & Security Update

Alta/OpenPath gate access and the security camera surveillance system have been fully optimized at the pool. We have streamlined our administrative access to both systems to ensure better monitoring, security and access for residents.

Important Pool Policy Reminder

For health and safety reasons, pets are NOT allowed in the pool area. Recently, property management has received emails and photos showing pets inside the fenced area of the pool deck. Per California Department of Public Health regulations and HOA pool rules, animals are strictly prohibited behind the pool gates. Violations require a specialized cleaning process. Residents bringing in a pet will be held accountable for any additional cleaning fees. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe and clean for everyone.

Insurance

Special Assessment

Homeowners can log into the Ciranet portal to view their monthly dues for March 1st, as well as the special assessment of $1,775, which is also due on March 1st.  Please check your mail as you should have received a document containing important background information and directions regarding our community’s insurance and special assessment. This mailer also included:

  • A comprehensive insurance timeline outlining key milestones.

  • A detailed Pros & Cons analysis comparing low, mid-range, and full coverage options, highlighting the benefits and trade-offs of each.

Please note that the figures provided are approximate and subject to change.

For your convenience, both documents are also available online at www.LaurelMagnoliaHOA.com under the Insurance tab.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help!
