Dear Laurel and Magnolia Residents,
Season’s Greetings and Happy Holidays!
As we approach the holiday season, we would like to provide a few important updates and reminders for your review. Thank you for your continued engagement and support.
Parking Presentation
We invite all residents to join a Parking Presentation with Parking Boss on Wednesday, January 8th, at 6:00 PM via Zoom.
While a live Q&A session will not be available during the meeting, we kindly request that you submit your questions in advance to our property manager, Reina White, at LaurelMa@ciramail.com.
Zoom details will be shared as the date approaches.
EDCO Waste Collection
Please note the following adjustments to trash services due to the holidays:
Trash collection will occur one day later than usual due to the holiday.
To accommodate construction vehicles and ongoing work in the community, trash pickup will begin at 6:30 AM. This schedule adjustment has been directed by EDCO.
Construction Schedule
Construction activities will pause for the holidays beginning December 21st and will resume on Monday, January 6th.
Holiday Light Decorating Contest
We are excited to announce the winners of our Holiday Light Decorating Contest! Congratulations to all the winners—celebratory signs have been placed in their yards. Thank you to everyone who participated and cast their votes for their favorite displays.
Insurance Ballot Reminder
Homeowners are encouraged to vote on the proposed insurance options and Measure D. To allow additional time for submissions during the holiday season, the ballot submission deadline has been extended, and the meeting to count ballots will now take place on Tuesday, January 28th.
If you need a replacement ballot, please contact the Inspectors of Election at info@theinspectorsofelection.com.
RealManage/Walters
RealManage is finalizing the transition process, including updates to financial records. To verify the status of your November or December HOA dues, please log into the RealManage portal to review your account balance.
