Insurance Reminder
We encourage homeowners to continue voting on the proposed insurance options and Measure D. Measure D is critical for updating our CC&Rs to align with current insurance policies. 197 affirmative votes are necessary for Measure D to pass. To allow additional time for ballot submissions through the holiday season, the meeting has been rescheduled to January 28th. The Inspectors of Election will count ballots at this time.
If you have misplaced your ballot, please contact the Inspectors of Election for a replacement: info@theinspectorsofelection.com
Construction Schedule
Buildings 55 and 56: Inspections are underway, with touch-ups and unmasking in progress for Building 56.
Building 57: Painting will begin, with unmasking scheduled for December 20th.
Please avoid parking on the south side of Sentinel Lane between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, as heavy machinery will be operating throughout the day.
Construction will pause for the holidays December 21st and resume on January 6th.
Parking Updates
We are pleased to announce the initial steps of our updated community parking program. Revised parking rules will be mailed today from RealManage, initiating a 30-day comment period. Please check your mailbox this week. The updated rules can also be accessed via the following:
Community bulletin board (located next to the mailboxes)
HOA website: www.LaurelMagnoliaHOA.com under the "Parking Rules" tab
USPS mail packet (please share this information with your renters; homeowners remain responsible for compliance)
· For feedback or comments regarding the updated rules, please email LaurelMa@Ciramail.com.
While minor adjustments have been made, the primary focus remains on the consistent enforcement of existing policies. Due to limited parking availability, it is imperative that residents park two vehicles in their garages. This policy has always been in place and will now be enforced to ensure fairness and functionality for all.
Resident parking permit will be available for a fee and only to those who qualify (e.g., oversized vehicles or third vehicles meeting specific criteria after a garage inspection). Additional details, including permit requirements and qualifications, will be outlined in the RealManage mailing.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and orderly community.
