PacWest Painting

The painting team will resume work on Building 55 starting today with an estimated completion date of 12/13. Building 56 will be painted weeks of 12/9 & 12/16 with completion expected end of the day on December 20th before pausing for the holidays. They will resume on Monday, January 6th.  We kindly remind residents that holiday decorations must not interfere with the ongoing painting process.  Additionally, please continue to observe the No Parking cones and signs (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) reserved for PacWest during business hours.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to enhance our community through this painting project.

San Diego Roof Dr.

We’re pleased to announce that this year’s gutter cleaning has been successfully completed. Thank you for your understanding as this work was carried out.

Introduction of the Updated Parking Program

We are pleased to announce the initial step of our updated parking program. Revised community parking rules will be distributed this month and will be open for a 30-day public comment period. Key points to note:

While some minor adjustments have been made to the rules, the primary focus of the Board is to ensure consistent enforcement of existing policies. There is simply not enough parking for everyone to park outside overnight. For this reason, the parking rules have always required residents to park in their garages. Moving forward, we are prioritizing the enforcement of this rule to maintain fairness and order for all residents. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure our community remains safe and functional for everyone.

Garage Parking Compliance
We cannot overstate the importance of parking two vehicles within your garage. We strongly encourage residents to take the necessary steps to clean and organize their garages to comply with this requirement.

Resident parking passes will be available for a fee and will only be issued to qualified individuals. This includes residents with oversized vehicles or a third vehicle that meet specific criteria, pending a garage inspection. Additional details regarding the application and garage inspection process will be shared in the coming weeks.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure our community remains safe and functional for everyone.
