Dear Laurel and Magnolia Residents,
Happy Thanksgiving Week! We hope this season brings joy and gratitude to you and your family. We remain deeply thankful for the opportunity to serve our community and are excited about the progress and transformation ahead.
We want to extend our appreciation to everyone for promptly bringing in their trash cans. Your efforts contribute greatly to maintaining the appearance of our community. We are also pleased to share that, with the recent hiring of JCI (Just Clean It) Janitorial, the common and pool area have never looked better. Their attention to detail is making a significant difference.
Last week, the Board of Directors conducted a property walk-through alongside several of our vendors. This collaborative effort allowed all parties to align and work together toward improving and maintaining the beauty of our property. Thank you for your continued support in keeping our community a welcoming and well-maintained place to call home.
Important Insurance Reminder – Your Vote Matters!
We kindly remind you to submit your ballot for the upcoming insurance vote. As of today, we have received 83 ballots, but we still need approximately 64 more to meet quorum. Ballots must be received by December 4th to be included in the live ballot count conducted by the Inspector of Elections. Please note that if quorum is not met, we may be required to reissue the ballots to meet a reduced quorum. This process will result in additional costs of several thousand dollars to the community. Your participation helps save these funds and ensures your voice is heard. Take a moment to complete your ballot and send it in using the prepaid envelope. Thank you for your time and cooperation!
RealManage Property Management
We would like to encourage all homeowners to reference their email from RealManage / Walters to create their account via the resident portal. Also, all December and further HOA dues will be sent to RealManage / Walters. *Reminder - If you use your bill pay service through your bank, please be sure to update the payment address to Real Manage.

Please continue to follow our website at www.LaurelMagnoliaHOA.com. Under the construction tab you will find the newly added December paint schedule and other building maps. Schedules posted are estimated; dates change depending on progress. PacWest will continue to paint this week, working only Monday 11/22 – Wednesday 11/24 and off Thursday and Friday.
