Reminders: Safer and Cleaner Neighborhood

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a safe and welcoming community of Laurel & Magnolia Homes, we’d like to remind all residents (homeowners and renters) of a few important guidelines:

• Mind the Speed Limit: Please adhere to our community speed limit of 10 miles per hour. It’s crucial for ensuring the safety of children, pets, and all neighbors.

• Trash Can Etiquette: Kindly remember to bring your trash cans in promptly after collection. This small act helps keep our neighborhood looking clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for everyone.

• Parking Guidelines: We kindly ask that all residents ensure both of their vehicles are parked within their garages. This will be especially important when construction begins on the Magnolia side of the community, as the staging area will temporarily occupy several parking spaces. With the holiday season approaching and new parking stickers being issued in the new year, your cooperation is greatly appreciated in making sure parking remains hassle-free for all.

• E-Bike Safety for Kids: Parents, please ensure children ride e-bikes safely and responsibly within the community. Encourage them to follow speed limits and be mindful of pedestrians to keep everyone safe.
