Insurance:

Homeowner Portal & Special Assessment Notice

Homeowners can log into the Ciranet portal to view their monthly dues for March 1st, as well as the special assessment of $1,775, which is also due on March 1st. Upon logging in, a pop-up notification will provide additional background information regarding the assessment.

Insurance Certificate Access

If you require a new insurance certificate for auxiliary insurance policies or property insurance, you can find these documents in the Ciranet portal under – my account / my documents / insurance / certificates.

Insurance Information & Decision-Making Resources

The Board has developed a comprehensive insurance timeline document, outlining the progression of our property insurance situation.  Additionally, we have created a detailed Pros and Cons analysis comparing three different policy options - low, mid-range, and full coverage options, highlighting the benefits and trade-offs for each. Please note that these figures are approximate and may be subject to change.

Both documents are available at www.LaurelMagnoliaHOA.com under the Insurance tab. They will also be included in the upcoming special assessment mailer.
