Tiana Capri

Hi, I'm Tiana Capri.

I have many years of experience residing and owning properties in San Diego run by large-scale HOAs and property management companies. I have lived in San Diego since I attended and graduated from UCSD in 1997.

My goal is to enhance the quality of life for the residents in Laurel and Magnolia. That objective will be best accomplished by serving as a board member. I have a good mix of creative and logical thinking which I will apply to solution-based results in areas of insurance, HOA best practices, and the overall well-being of our community.

Last year, my rental property in Rancho Bernardo experienced the same insurance issue that L&M has encountered. I will apply the knowledge I have gained to help guide us through this challenging financial situation. I attend the board meetings in that community to ensure I am getting first-hand information and will pass along any relevant news to continue advocating for decisions that are best for our residences.

I have a teenage daughter and a son who attends Carrillo Elementary. I assist with marketing, fundraising, and community engagement through the Parent-Teacher Organization at his school. The PTO is a non-profit corporate entity that serves to enhance every student's educational experience. Next year, I will also serve on their board. My attention to small details, plus my comprehension of the bigger picture, will allow me to be a positive advocate for all of my neighbors.
